From first contact to completion, this has been a 5 star experience from Ethan. He responded promptly to our request for a quote for cleaning 2 story house and roof, confirmed our requirements and offered an appointment date the following week. When he arrived, we walked round and discussed all the key points and any special requirements before he started. He moved our plants and outdoor items, covered exposed electrical items, and once all cleaning was completed he put everything back to original state. Our driveway has not looked so clean since we moved in, and the only issue I have is that our clean house is clearly in need of a new coat of paint! Ethan's attention to detail was outstanding and his communication skills are excellent. Nothing was overlooked and no shortcuts taken. He identified and addressed a few minor issues before I could. Ethan pressure cleaned our Colourbond roof and we’re really happy with the result. We had a lot of dark spots and organic growth, and he managed to remove them all, the roof looks great again. The price was a no brainer when it came to not wanting to do it ourselves - we used to get on the roof and do it but we won’t be doing that now - Ethan is very affordable! Ethan was very friendly, wasn’t bothered about the dogs and made the whole process easy. Communication was excellent — relaxed, clear, and quick to reply. Highly recommend his services. What an amazing job! I would absolutely recommend Ethan for all house, solar panel and  concrete cleaning jobs. He moved our plants and outdoor furniture (and returned them after the work) and provided solutions for our windows that did not shut properly. He communicated well with his quote and then again during the job as he moved around the house.
